Green Sand Supervisor – First shift

Pattern Supervisor
- Oversee day to day scheduling of the pattern shop workloads.
- Work with sales on request for quotes for all tooling.
- Work with all staff in the production areas for tooling / quality issues.
- Communicate with all outside pattern shops for Willman specs for builds.
- Pattern builds for foundry friendly processes.
- Design all rigging, working off sim results and or knowledge of foundry processes.
- Able to read prints from customer supplied files.
- Work close with management staff on scrap and sample review on a day to day bases.
- Working close with Willman Engineering on tooling built in house on CNC.
- Logging all tooling information into Willman computer system.
- Logging all time per project and reporting.
- Travel to outside pattern shops as needed to review pattern builds.
- Implement all safety needed for department.
- Train pattern staff as needed for tooling repairs.
- Performs other duties as directed by Plant Manager.
Maintenance Mechanic
We are an expanding gray and ductile iron foundry in Cedar Grove, Wisconsin looking for an experienced maintenance mechanic. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing a variety of industrial machines. A strong electrical background and experience with power transmission equipment, pneumatics, hydraulics and welding are preferred. Candidate must be willing to work overtime and weekends and have their own tools.

No-Bake Supervisor
This is a full-time on-site role as a No-Bake Molding Supervisor. Responsibilities include supervising the no bake molding process, managing personnel, enforcing safety procedures, ensuring process efficiency, meeting production goals, analyzing production data, and promoting continuous improvement.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a foundry environment is required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in no bake molding is preferred
- Thorough knowledge of foundry operations, particularly no-bake molding, is required
- Knowledge of molds, pouring, and cooling is required
- Good organizational, leadership, and communication skills are required
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities is required
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes of issues is required
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures is required
